More from the mailbag - practical design solutions

Since Colbert is on holiday for 2 weeks (TWO WEEKS!), I thought I'd post another book question that was sent in ...

I can't remember when, and I have looked threw the list but cannot find the book I'm thinking of but...It was a long time ago. I don't know the title. It was a book about people who have invented practical solutions for 3rd world countries basic problems. One invention was a barrel that you could pull to carry many gallons of water for a long distance. These inventions where to help and not for a profit. If you can help me out it would be great,
