I loved this interview with Piers Gibbon, the host of National Geographic's Eating with Cannibals. Gibbon travels to Papua New Guinea and interviews tribe members and witnessess their practices.
Now... I'm a little wary of when our television cameras go and film people of other cultures, making a spectacle of their lives. That said, I really liked how when Colbert used the term "primitive," Gibbon corrected him. He also pointed out that there is evidence of cannibalism in Western culture, too.
Gibbon was incredibly respectful, and that respect (along with my morbid streak) has me wanting to catch this television program.
